I can't tell you how much I appreciate the opportunity to workout with Chad! When I started it was tough because I was out of shape. He was patient and worked with me to steadily improve my cardiovascular ability, as well as my over all strength.

A year and a half later my workouts are still tough but in the best way! He challenges me because he knows I can do it!!! When I get frustrated he gently pulls me out of my head and back into my workout.

His techniques are helpful in the gym and benefit my everyday life.... "Don't think about what's ahead, Think about doing what you have to do now, and doing your best".

Before I started exercising with Chad, I was 42 years old and around 200+ pounds. I thought about getting in shape but it just never seemed to happen. I eventually started to see my future self as one of those old fat grandmothers who would bake cookies and sit and watch my grandchildren play. Now, as I plan for the future I see myself as sending my grandchildren postcards while I am on a bicycling tour in Italy! That is what I have gotten from Chad... a new life!!!

I never let anything get in the way of my workouts with Chad......never!

When I finally made the commitment to get into shape, I had no idea where to start. The thought of going to a gym was intimidating and I didn't want to be spending time waiting for equipment to be available. A friend recommended Chad Pines. I liked the one-on-one instruction, the interval training work-out, and the fact that the work-outs were always different. I had a set time for my work out and was able to go work out uninterrupted and leave as soon as we were finished. The results of the combined cardio and weight training were amazing, and even better than I had hoped for. The fact that I was able to see the results in such a short period of time helped to keep me motivated to stick with the work outs. It didn't hurt that other people also noticed the change!

Personal Training with Chad is a lifestyle must for me! When you loose over 50 pounds you have a lot of sagging skin. Chad's system has enabled me to continue to tighten & tone my entire body while increasing my stamina. Now carrying the laundry basket up and down steps is a breeze. Chad's energy and passion are my incentive to stay motivated.
